Figures Toy Company Rolls out the Bat Lab plus more!

Ok, I'm all in for these. Batlab and those vans with exclusive figures might be the things I'm most excited to see come from FTC, next to the KISS Dynasty figures. Awesome news.

Quick question about the van, can the 8"action fit comfortably or are they like that ugly Mego Batmobile that housed Batman and Robin tightly.....i never had the van as kid.

If these vans are reproductions of the old Empire vans they should be plenty big for an 8" figure. I had the Spider-Man one and if I remember correctly they were a bit oversized so that they could be used with 8 or 12" figures.

Correct, mego vans very different from Empire which were scaled more to 12inch than 8 inch. Though I did not own mego's vans, I did have the empire ones and they were HUGE even without having the mego ones it's easy to tell they were much bigger.

Definitely Mego versions being made. I saw mock-ups that included mods for more headroom but I don't know if they are making it into production or not.

Interesting, I was unaware that both Empire and Mego made vans like this. I sold the Spider-Man one, I miss it, but it was way to big to display easily.

I never had the Bat lab van as a kid. For those that did....i would like to ask how many 8" action figures can fit inside comfortably?

As Huedell suggested, what about a Shazam! Van like the TV series? Including an exclusive Mentor figure....ooohh, the thought of all this is making my eyes glaze over with toy-lust

I have a junker Batlab with broken flooring that I've been trying to fix. It's missing a few parts too.
May just sell it and apply funds to this thing. It really is something I never would have imagined happening a
few years ago.
