I thought someone here traced ownership of the Mego name to a real estate group in Nevada. I though it went from investment group to investment group. I know Lego successfully sued to block the re-launch of a toy line under the Mego banner. Now that I'm writing this, didn't Marty get the name back at some point?

Of course, that doesn't necessarily account for product patents.
