Damn, even though I do not like John Wayne, I would have bought plenty of them for the western outfit.

I got these two John Wayne customs back in 2009. The head sculpts came from Dave McCormick who I also think painted them.
At the time, I also wanted to make an army Wayne from the movie (Sands of Iwo Jima) but never got around to it, so I put together Cowboy Wayne and casual Wayne.
I have almost every movie he made, plus tv show special appearances, I’m only missing two of his movies, which were damaged because of chemicals which I guess ruined the film and the movies are now considered lost films, I believe the UCLA film archives has stills from those movies. (Adventures End) and (The Oregon Trail) both made in the 1930’s.Attached FilesComment

Wonderful newsletter and I completely understand family situation, I’m going thru that with my Mom 89 (Alzheimer’s) wheelchair bound. Mom bought me my first ever mego figures and got me into Star Trek, watching reruns with her back in the 70’s. Thanks for the weekly newsletters and relax and enjoy your time off.Comment
