This was from "Challenge of the Super Friends", when Lex calls himself the Green Luthor (IIRC; I always thought that was a funny line). I was a teenager for "Galactic Guardians" too and remember virtually nothing from that show. Abin Sur makes me want to buy a SF Lex Luthor head and SF Green Lantern outfit.
