these variants are cool and the only thing missing is the pie throwing gorilla.

Dynomutt is looking pretty good! Wish he had extending limbs, but I wouldn't want to pay for that. He's already steep at $30.

Fun newsletter, per the usual, but I have to say I'm not feeling Birdman's wings. Yes, I know that may be the way Mego went with him or Hawkman, but I think there are some instances where toy companies need to go with a more modern approach. The rest of the figure is very nice, but the wings look like a "in progress" shot to me. But others may disagree.

I like how they did the wings...it's cool that they unfold, something they couldn't really have done with molded wings. And the 2-D printed aesthetic is pure Mego. Fit's in nicely with their playset designs.

Birdman was probably one of my earliest exposure to Superheroes as a kid, I rank right alongside the Marvel/DC characters as a result.

I'm totally down with the figure, love it and the wings. I'll take 2!

As with any other ReMego offering, I am just thankful for a licensed figure that I can tweak if I don't like something about the design. I may well relieve a Christmas angel of her wings at some point and make a swap, but the thought doesn't dampen my desire to get the figure.
