In January alone FTC is giving us Teen Titans 2, Scooby Doo 1, Johnny Quest 1 and Wendy and Marvin?! What a way to ring in 2017 Mego's 45th anniversary! Thank you, FTC!

And poor DST and EMCE only have Retro Punisher set planned for 2017 so far! I have to laugh!

Mego was formed in 1954 and celebrated it's 25th anniversary in 1979. It's 63 years old.

SO I have a question as a relative newbie to the reMego market. I am most definitely interested in getting the Jonny Quest set of figures announced in the last newsletter. I'd like to throw a little support to my friends who run an lcs and order through them, which means ordering through Diamond most likely. When FTC says these are coming in January, when are they available for retailers to order then? I was at the shop today and asked if they could order them and there is nothing listed as available from Diamond to order/preorder them. The owner told me if I can find ordering info, he would track it down and order them for me either through Diamond or through another distributor he works with for toys, but I don't know when they will be up for retailers to order. Normally retailers place orders for items 3 months in advance via Diamond, but I am not sure if coming in January means they are released in Jan or available for pre-order in January or something esle entirely. Again, pardon my ignorance, I haven't followed the releases of a lot of the reMego stuff, the ones I have gotten I have found in stores after they had been out for a while or ordered from places like Entertainment Earth long after they had been released.
