Whoa, whoa, I love those Pulp Fiction figures (the likeness on Jackson and Tarrantino are excellent)! I hope they make them in 8 inch versions.

Great edition Brian! Loved the custom mock up of the classic Aurora ad replacing the model figure with a Mego. Enjoyed the vintage toy exhibition overview and photos. I also appreciate the discount announcement on the EE Batman '66 exclusive. I think I'm ready to take the plunge on that offer. I wouldn't have known though if you hadn't have advertised it. Thank you! As always, I enjoy the custom profiles, market values, vintage toy retrospectives (this one being McDonaldsland), auction offerings, convention announcements, updates on the Mego galleries, and of course the weekly product reveals from FTC. The Riddler variant is a no-brainer pick up. We've all wanted that for a long time and FTC is delivering the goods. Definitely a labor of love. Thanks for another knockout issue Brian. I highly value your enthusiastic expression of love and commitment to this hobby. You stand in a very small group of folks who bring real credibility and substance to this craft. My heartfelt thanks for sharing that love with all of us here.Comment

Great job on the newsletter, and for once it loaded on my iPhone fully ( it would often in the past only half load) and it didn't try to resize to
a very tinny size ( it instead loaded at a decent size so I didn't have to zoom in). Nicely done.Customizing 1:9: My Videoblog journey of Customizing!

Brian, there's a lot of us that look forward to these Friday newsletters and not just for the FTC news. It's always jam-packed with neat stuff. I love reading it top to bottom each and every week.Check out my website: Megozine Covers - HomeComment

Frankly I find the FTC stories less than compelling, but I understand why they are (currently) the leads and the rest of the newsletter is supercool.
Perhaps the FTC content would be more valuable if the company shared insider information in a more consistent manner, in the way that others do. IE: NECA, Medicom, Zica, etc. letting collectors/supporters be a part of the behind the scenes, development process, artist profiles/credits, etc.
The historic perspective, prototypes and international intel is always awesome in the newsletter. Maker and collector profiles are good reads. As the FB group is private, even the shares from there are cool to see within.Comment

Drop the FTC stuff and you still have an awesome newsletter.Comment

Some great stuff in this edition: the UFO two-pack is amazing, and how can you not love a figure that actually spits blood?.

To me it's the greatest kids toy we would have never been allowed to have. I applaud this concept!
If i brought that home in 1978, my dad would have put me in the seminary.Places to find PlaidStallions online: https://linktr.ee/Plaidstallions
