Was trying to come with a fun Sunday thread and was inspired by watching Doctor Who City of Death last night.

Ok, here's the scenario ...

For some odd reason you wind up with 10 boxed Mego Aquaman vs the Great White Shark.

Perhaps you got them with your time machine, or maybe it was just an incredible flea-market find.

Regardless, all 10 are in your hands.

Now, forget about Mego Brotherhood and friendship ---

You're a slimeball and want to make the most money possible no matter what.

NOTE: --- not including stealing from people, (example)- selling on ebay and not sending the item.

How would you go about unloading them ?

Like anything rare, it would be best to slowly release them into the market one by one over time rather than all at once.

I went to a new Racetrak gas station once and bought $15 in gas. I gave the guy a $20 and he gave me 3 $5's back. I stood there for almost a minute looking at it before giving him 2 of them back. After that I never went to that station without having some kind of problem that was not my fault in any way. Kind of makes it hard to be nice after that. I would have no problem going on Ebay or having a private auction to get the most out of them. Fair is fair in a trade, but I need the money to buy what I want too.

I would post on youtube a video of the fact that I have TWO and open one to prove it by showing the stamp, I would then sell ONE ever other year. I would either try ebay or SDCC.

I'd use them as "proof" I have access to a working time machine and then offer to take people with me on my next trip for $10 million, only half of which needs to be paid up front.

I'd partner up with a chemist to create a clear acidic film to slowly deteriorate the plastic and cardboard of the packaging over a six month period so it's not noticeable at first and would not be detectable upon inspection. Then when the first two I sold are half disentigrated that further raises the value of the ones I still have. Rinse. Lather. Repeat till I have the only one left. BWAHAHAHAHAHAHHAAHAHAHAHAHA
