What`s the name for this toy??

Hello` All like most of you I grew up with many of the Mego toys.. I went threw three or four of the spidermen alone.. Thinking back to the 70`s.. I had this really strange doll like man or upper head and shoulders.. He was bald and and this crazy blank stair on his face... Kind of creepy.. I think he came with things to change his looks, like glasses. face hair ,stuff like that.. He may of been a spy??? The doll was I think the size of a cabbage patch kid?? Does any one know what the name of this doll was?????? Thanks for your time.. Jason W

That's cool, I could remember exactly what he was talking about but had no clue what the name was or the maker.

Holy crap, the second I saw that pic, I remembered him. I used to glue the stitched scars and stuff to my arms and face, with elmers. I had totally forgotten him. How cool. Amazing.
There are several on old ebay right now.

Someday a Museum dude should try shrinking the Hugo sculpt to Mego size

I just picked up a Hugo at a flea market for $32. He still has his box and about half of his disguise pieces. I had one as a kid but don't remember whatever happened to him.
