Shazam head question

I've been reading about the secret idenitiy figures and was wondering if all Shazam heads are stamped on the neck and only the peter parker heads not?
and are all shazam's dark eyes and peter parkers always blue?
I mean if a head isn't stamped on the neck is it peter parker and not shazam?

Peter Parker always has blue eyes and the head is slightly different then Shazam.
