Southern Ontario Toy Shows 2015

Burlington Toy Show. This weekend, Sunday.

Holiday Inn Burlington, Hotel & Conference Centre
3063 South Service Road, Burlington
Start Time: 10:00 AM
End Time: 3:00 PM

This was our official "Mego North" event last year, and proved to be a great crowd (Mego North 3 is in the Fall this year), this will be one of our quarterly "unofficial" gatherings. I believe the Fitski Bros, Cjefferys, UbermanX and I will be tabling.
(let us know if anyone else is tabling or popping by)

We will have the Captain Canuck figure on display, but not for sale... pimping the Big Launch (details to follow).
Brian will be hanging out and distributing promotional Captain Canuck action figure postcards.

Hey Ed unfortunately Tony and I wont be there this Sunday! We are entirely out of stuff to sell!! We'll be back at the GTA comic con in the spring. Hopefully you guys will have an awesome show. I would have visited the show but I just blew my toy budget on another Uruguay V figure....nothing like being up at 3am making deals for bootleg Cindy dolls halfway around the world

I'm sorry I won't see you guys but I can totally relate to that. Lately I've been getting up at 5 am for Japanese auctions, I may need a time out.

Sorry you guys can't make it on Sunday, Dana. I'll have a table there but I'm almost out of stuff to sell, so I'll mostly have a bunch of odds and ends (I'm gonna restock in Japan in a couple months!).

I will be setting up with lots of, mostly, old stuff. A good bit of Mego-ness will be on display. Looking forward to seeing the usual suspects and any new faces that might drop by!

Great show today, lots of nice eye candy and a good crowd.

Fun show and very good attendance. Glad you could make it for a little while Brian. I managed to sell a lot of leftover stuff I had and clean out the basement a bit, so I'm happy. Oddly, my main purchase of the day was a comic book, not a toy (I wasn't planning to buy anything at all, but you know how that goes...)

I was glad I made it, I didn't buy anything at the show but we took the long way home and I found a carded MAC piece at the Freelton Antique mall for cheap, so I got something after all!

Another good January show! Great to see the usual Mego suspects. Sold a few items, bought a couple of things and got to check out that sweet new Captain Canuck figure! Opposable thumbs up! (<;

Burlington was a great show to kick off 2015! Nice to hang out with Andrew (and great to meet his wife), Chris, Marty and Brian as always. And Carl/Boynightwing showed up to say howdy as well! 8)

I usually don't have much time to take photos when I'm working the table, but managed to get some pics.
