    Hmmmm....

    Kromedome rules! WOOOO!!!!!

As an aside.... I have NO IDEA where my weird Kromedome fixation comes from. He's one of my all time fave characters now. (And I never even had one as a kid.)

Great article although I have to admit, I am a fan of the Neptunian.

Great article. I have to admit to owning a Chopper figure when I was a kid. But never had Starsky and Hutch. My parents probably picked him up cheap.

I'm....challenged. It just now hit me that "Meho" was a typo for "Mego." Too much alcogol for breakfast I guess.

Three of my favourite Megos are on that list - how dare you?

OK, so i'm kidding, although I do like the naiveity of the Astronaut and nobody wears a sweater like Chopper does. Thinking about it, I wonder if Choppers sweater was ever influenced by the famous Starsky cardigan and if there is a link anywhere between the two.

    That was hysterical, thanks Brian.

I was definitely one of those kids, who was so dazzled with the apes figures, I ignored the fact that the astronaut was so generic. I simply reasoned that he was a different astronaut, as if there were ones turning up constantly on the Planet of the Apes.

I agree but I still love the Neptunian. How about the Uncle Owen and Aunt Berue from Star Wars??? Lame. I would like the charred version, did they ever do that???

What's a "Meho-loving Heston fan?" I think you missed an opportunity at comic gold by not exploring why there was a grandma and grandpa Walton but no Jim Bob. Seriously, no Jim Bob? I can see leaving out Chachi or Ike Godsey or cousin Oliver or that brat Nelly, but no Jim Bob? Come on.
