Mego sighting at the Strong Museum of Play in Rochester NY

The family and I took a trip to Rochester, NY today to visit the Strong Museum of Play, a wonderful place with tons of stuff for kids to do, plus a museum of toys of the past. Here's some pics of the Megos I spotted (plus the classic old Ideal Superman jointed doll). There was also a huge display of games, both board games and video games, and a full arcade of old school video games, I had a blast playing Donkey Kong 3 for the first time in about 30 years. I highly recommend the place, my kids had loads of fun as did I!

Ah, you forgot to mention it was Star Wars Day at the Museum. . I am part of the 501st Legion, and I live in Rochester. I will be there tomorrow in my Stormtrooper armor.

And yes, it is a swell museum.

Oh yeah, that's right! That part was really cool too, folks in Star Wars costumes were everywhere, including the 501st Legion. Have fun tomorrow!

It was either left in the sun for years or is the contaminated cowl from the Mad Hatter episode.

Great pics. I have never been, but I always thought that would be a cool place to hold a Mego Meet or a regional Mego get together.
