I worked for Fantasy Books back then in the pre internet days. We had tons of Megos MOC in the store Spiderman, Fantastic 4, cases of Star Trek, and Hulk found on clearance at Lionel Toy stores. The Mego stuff showed up at comic shows MIP and I had no idea how rare some of it was. Star Trek Aliens $100 each MOC carded no way! LOL One dealer had an unopened set of boxed Megos with display box doesn't everyone have one? I was 15 last one I ever saw. I also saw a case of Captain Action blue base flicker rings. Lot of fun back then.

So, first post! I thought a carded IM is super rare? Seems like there are more out there than I thought. For some reason I thought the number was 4 in existence, is that way off?

they're super rare..notice both of the ones being talked about are owned by the same person in rough condition they've gone for over $10K..I think the last decent one went for like $15K around 3 years ago
