FTC reveals Tarzan and Conan characters

Figures Toy Co has revealed it’s upcoming Tarzan and Robert Howard lineups on their website today. Conan, King Kull and Solomon Kane. Tarzan, Jane, Korak, and Meriem round out the first round of Edgar Rice Boroughs characters.

I'd like to have seen Kane feature a molded hat, but these look nice.

Korak is very Gold Key & well-sculpted.

It seems to me it would be very easy for FTC to add foes Thulsa Doom and Thoth-Amon. In fact, Kull's FTC outfit looks very much like Doom's Marvel Comics togs.

I ws going to get all three RE Howard figures, but now that I've seen them, I'm going to pass.
I'll just get Conan.

I'm picking up what your laying down.
I was excited about all three but I'm taking a pass on Solomon Kane the head just looks enormous!!!
Great looking clothes though....maybe I'll get him but I'm doubtful.

If we get some indication that Kane's head will be fixed I'd be in, otherwise I am not spending 30 bucks on an out of whack bobblehead. Kull kind of reminds me of Jim Shooter in the face.

Kull and Kane just seem to look a little silly.
Maybe I had it wrong in my mind, thinking they'd look a bit more impressive. They have a Monty Python quality to them.
If Kane ever loses an arm, he'll probably shout "It's only a flesh wound!!!"

But Conan looks just right, and I don't have the Mego version. I'll get that one. And the card art looks fantastic anyway...

Korak is very Gold Key & well-sculpted.

Yeah, that sculpt's clearly based on Russ Manning's work, while Tarzan was based on Joe Kubert's. I'll definitely pick up a couple of them!

EDIT: I would have really liked it if FTC used the material from Korak's loincloth for Tarzan, as well. The scale of the leopard print is much more accurate than the 1:1 stuff Mego used. I realized FTC's trying to imitate the Mego's the best they can, but this material looks more like "nudie camo" instead of leopard skin.
