I'm new to Mego's and this is my first post...These were some of my wife's toys when she was a little kid. Her mom sent them to us back in 2002 and have been in our storage all these years. I was told back when we put the box in storage that they were just some monster toys she had as a child. So I really didn't give it to much thought. Besides I didn't know what Mego's were back then. Man... I had no idea what we had and right under my nose. Fast forward 12 years later I decided to investigate a little further. Better late than never. To my surprise these vintage 8" MEGOs in excellent condition are what I found amongst some other toys in the box. Too bad the original art boxes got tossed out back when they were purchased but I'm not complaining. I'm very happy to start my Mego collection with these guys. Her idea of playing with them was to set them up , pose them a little and just look at them. I am so glad she took care of her toys as a kid.
