Green Goblin experts needed....

Hi everybody,

I recently acquired a Mego Green Goblin satchel that has a very shiny finish on the inside of it (the parts that make contact with the figure's body both in the satchel and strap). The finish looks like crystalized sugar (although is not sticky), cannot be removed and is only present on the inside part of the satchel, the outside looks perfectly normal.

I had never seen an original Mego accessory with this kind of finish, so initially I am thinking repro. It does not have the "DM" letters that regular repro satchels have so i am kinda lost here....

Any help would be greatly appreciated and thanks in advance for it.....

There should be a small 1/4 inch circle on the inside of the bag someplace.....and the inside should be hollowed out

I will post a pic tonight, if the inside should be hollowed out then 99% it is a repro satchel, since mine is not hollowed out....

It's a fairly poor resin cast (pressure casting would have at least removed the bubbles) likely made from an open faced, impression mold of an original.
