Still a glitch in the site

When I click on my own id and go to my profile I get this on top of the page.

I'm having trouble changing my Avatar profile. When i hit "save changes" button....i get an "invalid file" message.

It's because of the gallery. The user gallery was created for an older version of PHP. Trying to figure out how to fix it.

Also, attempting to add a custom avatar (even one that is the correct size) results in an "Invalid file" message for me.

Still getting the same error when I click on a members name and go to their profile page. Also couldn't attach/upload an image file from my computer to a post.
