Need Info about this figure

maddie mod.jpg I was wondering if I could get some help with this figure. It is for sale in town on a web site called Kijiji. Its kinda like an online yard sale sight. I cannot get a hold of the seller. Is this an 8 inch figure? Only info I have is that it is from the 1970's and is a Mego. Seller is asking 50 dollars or best offer. Is that fair? to much? etc.

It's a 12" fashion doll by Mego, $50 seems high.

Thanks for the info, I thought if it were a 8 inch figure I could convert it into a Black canary etc. Hope you had a nice Christmas.
