This show may have been in the Museum galleries for a while, funny considering I took it in '89.

Cameo by my teenaged feet in that one.

This is the only photo of my childhood bedroom carpeting I have.

I got pretty heavy into Captain Action for a while

See, I wish you HAD written that book back then. It would have straightened me out from the misinformation I received from Greenberg's Guide to Super Hero Toys.

Considering one of my early mentors had a hand in that book, I doubt it would have been better. To his credit though, he was less than thrilled with the final product.

No i wasn't. Pretty sure the Flash came from Scott Metzger in 1993, the Lantern, that one was me.

I blame the author, not your mentor. His heart was in the right place, but most of the book features other folks' collections. I don't think he was the expert he thought he was. It's still a fun book, but woefully inaccurate.

Love the Captain Action stuff! If only I'd gotten serious about vintage back then...

Wow... That boxed Robin outfit for Action Boy is the grail of grails. And I felt I was doing good to have one loose. TOO SWEET Brian! And the Big Jim Pack collection is looking equally pleasing. Very nice sir.
