I remember seeing this page in the catalog and wanting that stupid Walking Hulk and my mom pointing out that it was just a balloon that I wouldn't be happy with because it wouldn't really walk. At the time, I was probably annoyed, but she was so right!!
And I absolutely had two sets of that Batman belt... I remember one had a black walkie-talkie and the other was blue.
I'm constantly looking for that Remco Wonder Woman Utility belt set for my wife. It's surprisingly accurate, and must be pretty frickin' rare.
I never got the Batman belt, because the super-anal fanboy in me refused to believe Batman was a redneck who wore his name on his belt buckle. Just too non-canonical for me (and I was like 4 or something). I did have the Spidey belt...that was close enough, and he wore it under his clothes, so...
I had the Batman projector gun. After it quit working, it still made for a good Bat-laser. Of course had all the Megos here, and the Batmobile and Spider-Car.
Awesome catalog page!!!
Seeing that 80's rock hair plush hulk sparked my memory that my younger brother actually had this.
Thanks for sharing this Brian!

I had that gun too. It must not have worked long for me. What image did it project? I only remember pretending it was a Bat-Laser like you did. Did they make a water gun like this maybe?
Thanks Palitoy for posting this and all the other stuff you post. It's much appreciated.
Yes, I think Remco/AHI made a water pistol using the same mold (or design at least).
The signal gun came with little black squares with die-cut silhouettes of the Bat-Signal and other bat characters. I remember the Joker and Penguin for sure.

I don't remember any of that. The part I really remember is the sight that fliped up and down. I think mine had a trigger like a water gun. I'm just not sure. It could've been cast in blue instead of black too. Memory is a tricky thing. It's weird how some things I remember so clearly and others are so vague.
So the Walking Hulk is basically a blow-up doll with a remote controled base. I think Zombies made like this would sell like hot cakes. A sexually themed blow-up doll with a remote controled base could be the ultimate prank machine especially if it had a speaker you could talk through. Imagine it following some one down the street pleading for them to come back and etc.
