Anyone else having probs with megostore.com?

On Sept 11, I placed on order for a Howard Cunningham figure (which they STILL show as being in stock) and have yet to receive this figure! I've sent emails and get the 'I'm out of town but will check into this on Friday and get back to you' messages. I got 3 of those. Now I'm just being ignored completely. When I went to check my account - I found a previous order I placed with them I also never received (so much time had passed that I'd forgotten about it). Even adding both orders together, it's barely more than $30!! I really don't even care about the first thing as much as I wanted the figure I ordered! I don't understand how this place can stay in business treating it's customers this way. Am I the only one that's experienced this here or is this something that everyone needs to be made aware of so they can avoid being ripped off as well?
