We're having a Mego get together in Canada, just outside of Toronto. We've settled on calling it Mego North, unless somebody comes up with a better name. Feel free to throw your suggestions at us.

I'll sweeten the pot... if anyone can come up with a better name than "Mego North" or at least makes me laugh out loud trying, I'll send 'em the new Mego Meetpostcard and a bunch of cards, including from the new Batman and co reprints.

Great idea, looking forward to it! I'm just across the border from Buffalo, NY and it takes me almost exactly an hour to get to Burlington, so if we have any members in WNY (do we?), this wouldn't be too far for you to go.

Our buddy, MonsterMatt Patterson (Who I think is a member here?) always makes the trek out from Buffalo to exhibit, although we missed him at the last one. Which was odd given that there was a dedicated horror section! Hopefully we can get Matt's table in our section again.

Since the Burltington/Canadian Toycon has pretty much become a de facto Mego Museum gathering, we thought we'd try putting our vendor tables together at the next one on Jan 19th, and making it more of a casual social event, including dinner afterwards at Mother Tucker's, located across the street from the venue (a buffet style eatery).



It's going to be very informal, just hanging out and chatting like we do at Mego Meet. We'll have some vintage, customs and modern Mego for sale/display. As per usual, there will be Mego Museum/Postcards on hand to give out. Rack Toys, Megozine, Brick Mantooth, and The Super Collector will be available to purchase. We promise a good inventory of vintage, new and some custom items for sale.
