Detailed Mego descriptions for the Star Trek collectiblesbook

Hi again

In the process of researching last minute info for the Mego 8" figure section of the action figures category, I see in the Megomuseum gallery section some very detailed info about some of the figures. For example, the head info on the Star Trek figures like on Dr. McCoy for example is very interesting and I think it would make great additions to each of the descriptions as well as interesting tidbits in the book.
I know that I was directed to the gallery awhile back when I asked earlier for facts and info on the Star Trek Mego line, but I would feel better if I had some kind of official permission to use some of that information for the book.
Or is this pretty much all known public info and I could use any part of it without needing any kind of permission or release?

As mentioned previously, I would expect any knowledge gained and used in any book would be properly notated in reference book. I am sure any good publisher or editor worth his salt would instruct you on legal matters pertaining to copyright issues.
