Toy Show Alert: Mississauga October 20th

    Oct 20, 2013
    9 am - 3 pm

Canadian Toy Collector Society are having their annual Toy Show on Sunday.

This is Canada's oldest Toy Show (first one I ever did) and I've always felt that it's one of the classiest.

These guys have really had some tough times with venues, so I thought I'd put the information out there that they have moved the show to:

Sagan Convention Centre & Banquet Hall, 7180 Edwards Blvd, Mississauga (Toronto), Ontario.

Print this off and get a Dollah off admission.

    Kids 6-12 are a buck.

I'll be wandering this one but i know some Museum folks are setting up.

He is, I really wasn't even aware of it. That kind of makes me sad, this was THE EVENT when I was a teen.

I went to this show years ago and loved it. unfortunately the weekend schedule doesnt permit a lot of shows.
It's not a doll it's an action figure.

I hear tell that him and the missus are highly motivated to clear space and make $$$ due to extensive home renovation recently.

There will be Mego trading cards, Rack Toys, Megozine, a few leftover Alpha Flight Guardian OcTOYberfest exclusives, and a fella by the name of Brick Mantooth available at the show (along with a few other surprises.

and word on the street is that in TWO weeks from now, the Three Amigos (or Stooges if you prefer) reunite for a Toy show on Nov 3rd in the Greater Toronto Area.

I can't make it this weekend but I have already "booked off" the November 3rd show so I hope to bump into you fellas there.

*sigh* looks like I missed a good one. How were the prices? Pick up anything good? Out of curiosity, do you know how much they were asking for the large Ledy R2? Thanks for the pics, wish I could have made this one.

That gallery is two shows, the Ledy R2 was the last show you missed. Fortunately, I know that guy and could probably track him down.

No biggie, I was just trying to figure out if that one would be an upgrade from the one I have, and also to get an idea what the current going rate on these might be.

Two shows, huh? Looks like I have to start attending more shows, I'm missing some cool stuff. That German Scars of Dracula poster is neat too!

Gah! I just found this thread! That's the big one, the best show of shows! And they moved it?
To somewhere I could actually get at? (It used to be up by the airport) And I missed it?
AND I had today off? Can you see my tears and hear my cryings over these internets? Gah!

Hmm, now that I look at the map, it still doesn't look like transit friendly locale.
Just in case that's where it is next year, is there a bus so hobos like myself can get there?
Meanwhile, I visited the Sagan banquet hall website. The little song on the homepage is great.
It reminds me a little of batfight.

Maybe next year you can catch a ride if I attend?
