    I heart boxes from Japan

Got two boxes from Japan today with a lot of goodies:

I'm probably going to consign the three Bullmark figures to Hake's (unless someone wants to PM me a crazy offer), but I'm definitely hanging on to the Aoshima Superman model kit.

Well done!! May I ask if that's eBay or Rinkya or some other marketplace?

I want to make an offer but don't know where Hake's may take you.......hmmmmmm

Either way, very good work, sir!!

Holy crap, nice! Those Bullmark boxes look great, and Zira! She's the toughie in a whole series of toughies! How did you swing it, using an intermediary though Yahoo Japan? Those Bullmarks are near impossible to find here, but I've recently found that they show up on Yahoo Japan fairly regularly (and often for less than you'd think, they don't seem to be too popular for most Japanese buyers). I've been trying to get my wife to set up a Yahoo auction acccount, but man there are a lot of hoops to go through unless you just use an intermediary in Japan. Congrats, those are awesome!

There's actually a dragon model kit that's part of that series. And a robot!

I think those'll be impossible to find.

The box condition on those looks pretty good, hard to see from that jpeg, but congrats on the score, love seeing stuff like that.

Yeah, those Bullmarks are notoriously hard to find in really nice condition boxes, they are especially prone to fading. These boxes look great, certainly better than the ones I have.

Yeah, I knew it's toughest to find with really nice condition.... So, I'll buying repro boxes in the future.

Yeah, now I need to try to track down the dragon that goes with it.

What's really strange is that I also found the Korean Superman kit that's listed on that page, only the one I bought is a pre-assembled version. Can't wait to get that one because the box art is so great.
