What happened to the Home Page?

The home page has all this weird tabs and not one of them says Forum. If I hadn't had the forum itself bookmarked, I would have never gotten in here. What gives?

Not a cookie issue I haven't visited the home page for quite a while. I'm using Chrome by the way, and looks the same in Safari.
