Mego Fans!

My name is Joe90. I see a lot of familiar names on this board, and many of you know me from various 1/6 Boards.

Yes, I'm a 1/6 collector, and I have a number of 12" Mego figures. My favourite is Fighting Yank from 1966!

I also have the 12" Superman, Batman, Spiderman, and The Incredible Hulk. I have a broken Wonder Woman too... Poor WW... If you're a 12" Mego collector I'll be looking forward to chatting with you.

I'm a Captain Action Fan too, and I hear that there's some Mego collectors excited about some up and coming releases.

Thanks, H! Yeah, the Fighting Yank 1966 version was pretty cool. For a knock-off he was extraordinary! I've got some vivid memories of shopping in the Kresge's Store where he was a featured exclusive. More on him and his accessories in another post. I'll provide some pictures of the FY stuff I have today. Hopefully some of you FY collectors will be able to fill in the gaps of my knowledge.

Thanks for the warm welcome, folks. My figures are all stored away at the moment -- starting a reno on a spare bedroom my 'JoeRoom -- but I'll get them out and snap some pictures when I get a chance.
