Looking to have a Exclusive made for a Comic-Con!

I know there are a few owners of companies here that produce toys and action figures so I'm throwing this out in the open to anyone that can help. I'm looking to have some kind of toy/product (I'm open to suggestions) made for the Spokane Comicon in Washington State for 2014 in May. To keep costs down I'm willing to help put them together or even find other sources for packaging. Heck if the packaging is the only thing exclusive about it that's OK too.
