Family is the biggest thing for me. Was raised that way. I'll be 46 yrs old on the 29th of this month and my boys are 24 and 19. They've always been a big part of my life and no matter how big they get, they'll always be my little boys. Now I get the joy of being able to spoil my grandson and then send him home! Ha ha ha ha! Payback time! Lol!

That's wonderful!! You're close as my age, I'll be 46 yrs old on the 25th of this November. Good thing is you're enjoying to spend time with your Grandson and then send him home!
BTW, I'm the first time became real Uncle!! My brother has his first real son, his name is Anthony, he's 12 yrs old and my brother name is Jim.

Quick update: Nate had to have emergency surgery Sat night because they had just started feeding him breast milk and he ruptured a hole in his small intestine. He came thru the surgery like a champ and the doctors are pleased with his progress and said that he's a strong baby. He has a colostomy bag and will have it til he reaches 5lbs and they have him on 3 different antibiotics to fight any infections. He is still on the ventilator but not intubated like he was and his breathing and heartbeat are strong.
All of the prayers and well wishes are much appreciated, but keep em comin cause he needs all the help he can get!

OK dumb thought here, get a picture of him next to a Mego for size comparison. I'm sure he's close at that poundage. When he's older give him that Mego with the picture. He'll always keep that mego the rest of his life after that.~~~ Jess ~~~
