    Does Big Lots sell Megos?

I have to go to Minnesota next week to see the doctor. I live in Canada but heard that there is a store in the USA called Big Lots. I was told that from time to time these stores carry Megos from Happy Day, Brady Bunch etc. Is this true? Also is there a Big Lots in Rochester Minnesota? Any help would be awesome.

They buy new bulk items from Retail stores, so no megos.

You should check all the Big Lots in Minnesota. Some of them twice.

you're talking about the CTVT figures. While I've never seen them at a Big Lots who knows, maybe they have had them in the past but I've never heard of it. You can usually find some good cheap toys for custom fodder there.

I bet at one time Big Lots DID carry Megos. We had one in town here for about 20 years. It opened in 1987 or so, where the old Howard's was. I remember them having several pegs full of "Legend of the Lone Ranger" 2 3/4 Tonto figures....but no one else. So back then, yeah, they probably had Megos in some stores.

I've never heard of any of the ReMegos showing up at Big Lots, but it wouldn't surprise me to find out closed-out Retro-Action Heroes or Ghostbusters showed up there. I mean they did show up at TJ Maxx and other like stores.

I know in the early 80s I saw 12 inch GI Joe stuff and Megos (Our Gang) at a closeout store called (I think) Big Blue World.

Big Lots used to be called Odd Lots. I scored many an awesome Dinky spaceship there around the same time.

The reason I started this thread was because a few years ago I found a Mego Marion Cunningham and Howard Cunningham at a store where I live in Canada called Liquidation World. The figures had stickers that said Big Lots on the packaging. Apparently Liquidation World in Canada gets a lot of stuff from the USA. Unfortunately I sold the figures in a yard sale before I knew of the megomuseum and before I started collecting and restoring Megos. I will report back when I find out anything on my trip to Minnesota. Thanks to everyone even the smart alexs.
