Seeking creator of Mego "Smalls" - creative customs featuring Batman heads

Okay, so as I go through my collection (that's spent way too long in boxes) and move chunks of my collection to eBay, I came across a memory of one of our fellows who, back in the 90s, was creating his own type of Smallville - a collection of "Smalls," as he called them - unique and creative characters that all had Batman heads & bodies, but distinctively non super hero type outfits and accessories and other customizations.

Now, it's been a long time - but who was that, and is he still around??

I'm sure several of you know and I hope you'll help this brain damaged collector to get back in touch with him.

Jason is a very cool guy. Great website too.. He sent me one of his 'Small' creations for my birthday a few years ago, and I still have it. It's a Batman-headed guy named "Braids".
