    Toy Show in Burlington, Ontario this upcoming Sunday!

    There will be yet another "Toycon" in scenic Burlington on Sunday, June 2nd. This time it's back at the Atrium (5420 North Service Rd), and our very own Samurainoir and myself will have a table there, flogging our wares. And if we are lucky, there might be a surprise cameo appearance by Palitoy and the Palitoy kids. If you get a chance, please stop by to say "hello" or to openly mock my crappy selection of toys for sale. There's always plenty of dealers selling some nice vintage and modern stuff at these shows, see you there!

      I will be set up there as well. Should have some Mego-goodness up for grabs. Just look for the ruggedly-handsome, caucasian, male selling toys! (<;
      No exclusives and no chase figures, please - I'm Canadian!

        There's a chance I may be hitching a ride with samurainoir. Hopefully it works out and I'll finally get to meet you guys!

          I've got back to back dance recitals all weekend (I know, I did win the lottery!) but should be able to show my face at one point.

            Cool, hope to see everyone there. Between this and the mini Mego "Meat" on the Sunday after that, I'll be a bit less disappointed for having to miss the Mego Meet (still wish I could go to that though!)

              Was nice meeting Samurainoir and Brazoo on Sunday and having a quick chat with Palitoy. The Captain Canuck figure on display looked sweet. Picked up a Mego-style SMDM Steve Austin and Bigfoot. Couldn't help myself...(<; Wish I could get down to WV too...(<;

                It was really nice to see you again Andrew. Also nice to meet Brazoo for the first time.

                Along with Chris, Samnoir and spidey68 being there, it was probably the best concentration of Canadian Museum members in one place ever.

                Hopefully we can improve upon those numbers for the September show, I'll be there.

                  It was a great time as usual. It was nice meeting Brazoo and spidey68. Sorry haggis, I guess I missed it when you stopped by? I'll definitely be there in September too.

                      You know, I not only brought a camera but a video camera, but totally forgot about it once I got to yapping. Maybe Ed took some photos....

                        Hmmm, I don't think so, sadly. Sorry, I'm not a picture guy, that's my wife's department in our household at least. If she had been there, I could probably show you 300 pictures from yesterday.

                          Not great but here is what I snagged with my cel phone, I had trouble with twitter so I gave up:

                          This was the table next door

                          Brick makes a friend. I sold more stuff at this show than the last one I set up at.

                            Yeah, that guy next to us had a bunch of nice stuff. He also had a boxed Bionic Bigfoot and a loose Bat Lab that sold pretty early in the show.
