St. Louis toy show was "DINAH-MITE"!

I've only had a few basic Dinah-mite figures over the years, but this haul was too good for me to pass up at the local toy show today. If any body wants to tell me how good or bad I did on this lot, I'd appreciate it.

I think the chalet is missing one chair (the box says it comes with 2 and I just have 1). I popped some batteries in the bike and couldn't get it to fire up. I may see if I can fix that. Looking at the Dinah galleries it appears that I have parts of several different outfits as well as a couple of "other" bits of clothing.

I haven't been in a while, but since I can't make MegoMeet this year... I needed a toy show fix. I also scored a MIB Marie Osmond doll for my wife. My son found some cool Mario plushes too.

It's usually hit or miss at the Toy Man show, but you never know... my 11 year old son enjoys going with me.

I used to set up and sell at that show regularly, but haven't done that in several years.

there was a fairly decent mego showing this time. I saw a few sets of WOZ figures, some western stuff, some monsters, a bendy Shazam (that I almost snagged), a few WGSH figures loose and boxed. There was one guy there that looked like Wolverine who had some nice custom figures.

What kind of turnout does that show get? How often do they run? Is it just one day or two? I would love to set up if its worth my time.

They do 6 a year (on Sunday's only). The turnout is good. They've started to add more special events/groups to the mix and the crowd seems bigger than a couple of years ago. I think this last one had 180 tables.

It's the biggest show of its type in the area although it isn't quite as big as it used to be. I can remember selling there and they had the main floor as well as the 2nd floor open with sellers, but it's only been the main floor for a number of years now.

Always on Sundays, and here's the link to their info: http://www.toymanshow.com/

I love that lodge playset. Really, I love nearly any Mego playset. But it is "groovy."
