Hello, I'm Dave from Connecticut. I've been lurking for a couple of months now, and really enjoy it here. One of the thing I really enjoy is seeing the customized figures. I had no idea people were doing this.
I had a few favorite Megos growing up (Spiderman, Batman & Robin) which didn't make it past my childhood. My last memory of Batman is him naked with no torso about 25 years ago. I went rummaging through my Parents basement looking for it, but with no luck.
I bought Spiderman last year and just picked up a few Planet of the Apes figures. I have an 8 year old Daughter who took claim of Zira. Now her and her Mother are making clothes for all the Apes. One of the benefits of having a kid is that now I get to play with my toys without looking odd. I'm now looking to add to my collection with an Ursus/Urko, the one wearing a helmet and purple outfit.
