You know, I hate admit it it...........
But the money-grubber side of me would also consider selling it untouched and unopened.
If it is the last of it's kind, it's gotta be priceless for at least a few collectors.
Looking at this logically, I would consider selling it unopened.Comment

Why...did you find one?

I'd carefully open it, remove the contents to sell or keep, fill the case full of rocks, reseal it and get AFA to grade it as an unopened case. They probably wouldn't notice the difference. Then offer it for sale to one of the scumbag collectors that are known to exist.Comment

Didn't Doc Mego have a sealed case of spiderman figures at one point. I vaguely remember a story like that.

Doc Mego Goes to Washington
I forgot all about that! Back in 98 or so? Someone on the Levy list found it at a shop and we all went in on it $50 each to split up. I still have mine. This profile is no longer active.Comment

Hello, Andy here. Only my second post/reply and I hate to bring up "him" but the owner of stretcharmstrongworld "claims" to have unearthed an UNOPENED box of 6 mego stretch hulks from a collector in Texas. I would think he will open it and extort more thousands from collectors around the world or brag incessantly about owning the only unopened box of stretch toys in the world.Comment
