    Lion Rock Aqualad and Speedy?

Glad to be a part of Megos again! Had a bunch when I was a kid and "grew out" of having them and I regret it...

I purchased a box of Mego figures at a local auction... I have an Aqualad figure that is marked "Lion Rock" on the back. A lot of these action figures I got are mixed and matched with wrong arms, heads, etc and I am trying to get them back to "original" shape. I know Lion Rock was licensed by Mego overseas, but I wonder if they did any Teen Titan figures or if this was a head swap on a Lion Rock 7" body? I also have a Speedy with the same markings.

    Thanks,

    David

Lion Rock = Manufacturing division of Mego.

Those 7" bodies were used primarily for World War 2 figures that Mego didn't like putting their name on.

The body was used sparingly in the US on the Titans and the Talos Star Trek alien figure.

Cool, thanks... so are these more rare than Mego branded ones? Are they worth more, or does it not matter? Thanks for the additional info!

There are no Mego branded titans.

Oh, okay... thanks! I never had Teen Titans as a kid and am unfamiliar with them... they are just really cool!

If Aqualad wasn't so rare, he would make a great Billy Batson for my Capt Marvel figure! And thanks for the welcome!
