If they had the same artist do each character, that would have been supercool. But if you have to choose One character that best represents POTA,who ya gonna call...no not Ghost Busters.Palitoy in their ultimate wisdom chose the Gorilla Soldier, and yes i'm biased. They would have really sucked if they chose Dr.Zauis or even worse Zira as their One character on the card.

For me it's all about the art, so..

      1. Gray Morrow's wonderful Monster and Western boxes
      2. Ken Kelly's Micronauts packaging
      3. 12" Superman (the movie) boxes

They have the character picture circles on the flipside. My favorite packaging is the Mad Monsters solid, POTA boxes and the most of the Star Trek packaging.

I'm surprised no one has mentioned the Star Trek art. Not so much the action figure cards, but the playsets, like the Phaser game and Communications Console. I really like those.

Mego solid boxes, due to the childhood connection, especially the monsters and 4 original heroes.

My favorite is the carded 12" Spider-Man...LOVE all that great Romita art.
Second and third are tied...Dukes of Hazzard and CHiPs. Those are two of the most beautiful paintings mego ever produced.

I also really like the AJ outfits art. I used to wish there were trading cards of the pictures of all the outfits that are on the back of each package.

I had mentioned the Phaser II box on my original post, but really all of the art for the whole line has such "expression" to it. Made the toy itself that much more interesting. WGSH solid boxes were mentioned by some, and I think that was the appeal for those, too. You get submerged in the art before you see the toy.
                      It's all good!
