I love MEGO like....boxes from Japan!

In what turned out to be quite the buying ordeal that lasted nearly 3 months starting in March.The two clothed Popys arrived at the island of misfit toys in late May.I had really given up hope of ever getting these,but they were finally found and the seller sent me the naked Popy as a gift a couple weeks later,which i thought was very cool.

Those bodies are great. I really like the leanness of the torso and the muscular tones on the upper legs. Would be great to make customs from these bodies. Well done on a great score!

Thanks everyone. These are really cool figures,never thought i would ever have any but i lucked into these and i'm very happy to have them.I had never seen the Popy body before i got this one either,they are neat.Here's some more pics of the body.

Slap some CAT biceps and re-string that body and you will have a nice articulated body ala Mego.

If you decide to cast that Ultra Seven head, count me in!
