Posible treasure may have been found by accident

Yesterday my father in law was over to the house for a visit as I was re carding my recently purchased Mego Human Torch. He was unaware of my hobby. He said that his son, my brother in law, had a big cardboard box full of toys like mine plus military guys. I asked if they were GI Joe and he said yeah thats the name of them. Not sure what I will find when I go there today. Maybe nothing, maybe something awesome. I will report back to here with an update later today. Have to work a half day. Someone has to pay the taxes.

Just a quick report on what I found. 2 GI Joes that are very beat up and only really good for parts. There were several 8 inch Mego super heros in the box. Superman, Batman, Robin, Hulk Iron Man, Captain America, Green Arrow, Tarzan, Aquaman, and a Batmobile. All of the toys are either broken or missing parts but some can still be salvaged or used to help build something else.

loved toys are good toys, and a family find like that is a pretty cool thing. hope the brother in law won't miss them.
