Anyone ever have any trouble from "The Mego Store.com"?

I sent them an order for about $120, and 60 days later I have nothing. I wrote them a couple of weeks ago and got a very polite note saying they'd look into it, but haven't heard back. My last 2 notes went unanswered... Anyone know anything about them? Do they deserve the benefit of the doubt? Thanks!
