Hey Gang. My name is Frank Verdi. I'm 41, with two kids and a wife that are completley uninterested in my collections. I've been a Mego fan since about
'75. I've lurked this site for years and always wanted to join and go to Mego Meet. Recently took the opportunity to do both. A big thanks to Palitoy and MegoSpidey (and others) for making me feel welcome! As I live less than three hours away from Wheeling up here in NE Ohio, it will be an annual pilgrimage for me. I collect modern action figures as well as vintage and also dabble in 1/6 scale kitbashing and Mego restoration. I sculpt and I'm presently trying to produce some Mego sized heads that I'm happy with. Currently I'm nuts over the resurgence of mego-esque action figures being produced such as the retro-action line and Presidential Monsters. I also like and collect 1/6 scale figures like Hot Toys and DC Direct's 13 inch line (as well as every other toy and action figure mentioned on this site). Thanks for being here. It will be a pleasure to make everyone's aquaintance.
