Wow, great story, Len. It looks like a museum exhibit piece.

Put me in the "Don't Restore Him" coalition. Maybe you could run some black string to hold the pieces in place on some black cardboard and then slide it into an acrylic box case. Lay it on its back and instant part of you past.
    WANTED - Solid-Boxed WGSH's, C.8 or better.

I would restore him and display him with the before picture from your first post.

What a great story & discovery!

I wouldn't retore him: Just clean the remains gently & display them in a CTVT or Flatt coffin.

Dracula back from the grave, sounds like a Hammer Horror movie

keep as is in a display case, kinda like lucy or the ice man,and take a cttv drac and bury it,and have the next gen unearth it in another 35+ years and see how it holds up.or perhaps send it to the history channel, and tell them in a life after people episode (if they ever do another )a mego will still be there.

This is one of the coolest threads ever. And I also vote to leave him as is and put him in some kind of clear coffin and write up the history. It would make a cool display in your home.

I like that sound of that, but then why bother to clean him. Put him in a Flatt coffin with some soil so that his head and leg are just poking out. That is the essence of this narrative after all. Also, isn't that what Vampires do in the movies, put some of their home soil in with their coffins.

I remember you talking about this a long time ago. Do the restore but keep as much original as you can. I got my T1 Spiderman out of the tree he got stick in after about 20 years. I had to get a new suit and one new arm, but he is restored.

I want to know what happened to the rest of his body parts.

Man! I can't believe the risk you're taking! His EYES STILL GLOW...... It's obvious to me that he's itching to come back to life!! Don't accidentally get ANY drops of blood on him. Put him back. Back in the ground. Don't even think about it. If you get any drops of blood on him..... and you bring him to Mego Meet....with ALL of us THERE!!!!! We're ALL in GRAVE DANGER! I shudder to think......... Does anyone have a Peter Cushing custom.....?
