Perhaps my favourite of the entire lot of Child World Ad art, this ad for the Mego Planet of the Apes line is just too pretty for words.

Scott surprised everybody(including me) by unveiling two new Megomuseum trading cards, this time for the American West Line, Davey Crocket never looked so good.

The colors make the ape ad stand out nicely.
Saw the cards in Scott's earlier post and can only say each card gets better than the previous one. It's not everyone who could do this. Scott has a real talent at this!

LOL The costumes on the picture of the apes(is that the title of the little known 6th movie???) look like they've been done by that stick on felt we used to get at school to make pictures with...a sort of really crap velcro...GREAT NEW CARDS SCOTT!!!!!

I wish mego were still around for the prices they were in the 70s and I was making the money, I do today.

I want to buy a Davey Crockett now, badly, never wanted it before, but now I want him to play with it in the back yard. The card looks like part of an ad that would have kids playing in the forest with him.
