* Upload your photos to a hosting site like ImageShack - ImageShack - Online Photo and Video Hosting or Flickr - Welcome to Flickr - Photo Sharing

* grab the url of the pic

* click the "insert image" icon found beside the link and quote buttons.

* paste pic url between image brackets
