Buffalo Bill for the cool outfit and sculpt (the gun holster is the weak point) beat out Wild Bill, for me who looks the coolest overall, but wearing Black tights and the fugly sculpt knock him down a peg.

Wow, no love for the Native Americans, I'm slightly surprised.

Ya know, I like Cochise's color scheme well enough, and he's got a good face sculpt. The youthful vigor of Sitting Bull just clashes so much with the actual reality, even with the painting on the box. I can't get behind it. The feather headress is really silly, too.

By the way, here's some trivia. My Dad was visiting here over the holidays and was looking at my Western heroes. He's very big into Cowboy Action Shooting, vintage western firearms at the like. He said the rifles Mego made for the Westerns are dead accurate representations of Remington Rolling Block rifles. Good to know...

                        I voted Earp!!!

I think Wyatt's sculpt is pretty good, and actually pretty accurate to the real life Earp (and his rather convincing look-alike, Kurt Russell). I wish he had the black coat and pants he was known to wear, but at least he's suit is pretty sharp looking. Buffalo Bill has an interesting and pretty accurate sculpt too. His outfit is nice. I gotta agree with Crocket's face being...off. A little too simian looking, I think.

Oh and as a Kentuckian, I can tell you if they made Daniel Boone, they should have used a Lion Rock body. Don't believe what the TV series told you, cuz Daniel Boone was man, was a SHORT man!

I think I mentioned this a long time ago, but his great grandson is a good buddy of mine.

Wild Bill is my favorite. He just looks like a tough cowboy to me and had I owned these as a kid, I know I would have wanted to "be" him when I played. I almost chose Cochise.
