Introducing myself

Howdy,

I just wanted to say hi as I'm new to this version of Mego Talk. I was a lurker on the old forum, but didn't check in often enough to keep current.

I'm first and foremost and Micronaut / Microman collector, but also collect comics and many other (too many other) toys as well, including Megos and Star Wars toys.

I always have my eye out for a complete Denys Fisher Doctor Who Robot or Cyberman.

If anybody's interested, I have a crude little Micro-collecting page (which also features a super-8mm movie I made with my Micronauts back when I was 11) here:

I haven't updated my collection photos in years, but hope to in the next few months.

Anyway, I love this site. I'm going to go over to the cards list now and see if I can fill some holes in my collection. Thanks for having me.

It's funny, a few nights ago I was shopping for Micronauts on ebay and decided to broaden my search by typing in "mego."

The next thing you know, I was a wash with nostalgia and buying a vintage Dr. Zaius figure! Made me feel all warm and squishy inside, which led me back here...
