Maybe Sickbay was that non-descript area across from the transporter although it always looked more like a hallway for drug deals to me.

I'm guessing the one on the right is McCoy (in sickbay?), but drawn he looks more like Sulu

I didn't know that it was supposed to be sick bay either. The packaging notes it as something but I can't make out the print on the gallery page. I always used that "room" as Mr. Spock's station since it was situated on Kirk's right on tv. I also recall using it as the engine room.
