Shame to break them up. They look great in the display boxes all together. Should be interesting to watch how this all unfolds once they hit Ebay.

There's a nice 2 page article in this months Lee's #183 about Bruce and pics of the Mego's.

              A great lot to own

We had to wait until the Lee's article came out before we could publish about this. They had first rights to the story and did a nice job with it. Should bring some interested people around.

There are 3 things in the lot I'm REALLY interested in. I'll try but I don't have high hopes I'll win any of them but you never know.

Yeah, Bruce contacted us last year with the find but asked us out of respect for Lenny Lee (who was wonderful about sharing this exclusive BTW, everyone should buy this issue of Lee's) not to share the info until Jan 14th when the magazine would hit the stands.

It was incredbily difficult not to share this with everyone right away, we hinted when we could, made comments like save your pennies.

Yeah, I'm looking forward to the auction watch threads. Oddly, Bruce was the first US toy dealer I ever met, we shared toy tables in the eighties.

I'll be watching, but I won't be bidding. I just can't afford to blow my entire tax return on this stuff. It should be interesting to see how these play out.

Is anyone excited about the AJ or Dinah pre-production samples? Pretty amazing pieces of history, but not as glamourous as the display boxes.
