The official date has been set for what will likely be the Mego collector event of the year, all of the Mego Showroom pieces will go on the Ebay block this January 28th.
Seller Littlemarz reminds will be offering these auction with no reserve and starting at $9.95. Please do not ask them to end the auctions early.

That's why I did the "Save your Pennies" hint on the original coming soon announcement.

Originally the date was going to be the 15th, we had agreed not to release this info until the 14th (to correspond with Lee's publication ) so I'm glad they pushed it back a couple of weeks to help folks better prepare.

I'm hoping they break the entire lot down into groups, with each group ending a few days apart. That way, when I lose what I want from the first group, I can re-pool my funds and get outbid again. :(

Well if it's any help, I can't imagine they'll all end at the same time. It doesn't matter to me because I have to sit much of this out.

Based on all the comments, everyone here is broke and just planning to watch, so who knows? Opportunity knocks.

I'm sad that they might be broken up. I'd like to see the gals stay with their display box, foes with theirs, etc. After all, together they represent a great moment in time. Separately they are just nice examples of boxed Megos.

I don't mean to be a killjoy, but I envision some of the key items making there way to Italy.

It's a shame this couldn't wait a little longer...to close to X-Mas bills and not close enough to the Refund Check.
